“They devoted themselves to the apostles teaching and to fellowship, to the breaking of bread and to prayer… many wonders and miraculous signs were done… All the believers were together and had everything in common.  they gave to anyone as he had need. Every day they continued to meet together in the temple courts. They broke bread in their homes and ate together with glad and sincere hearts.  Praising God and enjoying the favor of all the people.  And the Lord added to their number daily those who were being saved.” — Acts 2:42-47

When Jesus Enters In

Live Free!

Pastor Frankie will walk you through Scripture from the book of Matthew. Jesus cares about our body, mind and soul! Weariness and heaviness must be released and laid down in order to find rest... and rest will be found in Him!

Prone to Wander

This week, as we explore Micah chapter 6:1-8, we’ll discover practical truths about our tendency as humans to wander from God. Why is it that we sometimes end up feeling far away from Him? When we discover that we seem to have lost intimacy with Him, what can we do about it?

Foremost and Greatest

Come and let’s look together at Matthew 18! Specifically, we will look at Jesus’ outlook at significance and greatness!
Power, dominance, intellect, position, authority; these are just a few adult-like traits of “greatness” and “power” that many strive for and desire, both in life and sometimes in faith. However, the adult in the room should always be Jesus! We are called to be His children!

The Seeds and The Weeds

Come and let’s look together at Matthew 13!  We will narrow our focus on three different, but linked parables.
Branching off of last week... we know that God has a plan for us all... and it’s an extraordinary one!  Everything begins with a seed.  What is sown in your life today?  A seed of strength, health, vision and faith? Or seeds of weeds...discouragement, doubt, slander, fear and the like?

Miraculously Ordinary

We’re very aware that Jesus is no ordinary person. Everything about Him, from His place in creation, His birth in to this human world and His rising from death, is nothing short of extraordinary!

God's Pain from Complaining

Focusing on God’s love is vast: because His love is endless.  Worrying about the things that He hates is minimal: because those things are few.  Seeking how to please God is crucial: because as people, we are prone to finding many ways to break His heart!  Thankfully He is “slow to anger and rich in love...”

Our goals may be true, our journey “clear”, our motivations high and our efforts passionate, BUT the roadmap and path may be faulty!  As such, in our search for meaning and fulfillment, we can exhaust ourselves with fruitless efforts that lead to frustration, discouragement and a sense of lonely faith. We’ll look together at what Titus and James teaches us about true efforts, focused vision and an enduring journey through community!

A Victorious Struggle

Sometimes in life, it's hard to see beyond our present circumstances. As we take a closer look at the life of Habakkuk, we can see an example of how we can hold on to victory in Christ, no matter the obstacles we are facing

Dependence Day

While we gratefully celebrate Independence from tyranny and physical oppression, our walk of faith is best described as a celebration of Dependence

Happy If You Show It

Message series based on the beatitudes of Matthew 5.
Beatitude simply means “happy” or “blessed”.  Jesus desires us to be “happy” more than we desire happiness!  Over the next several weeks, we’ll look at each possibility of “happiness”, as also taught through several parables Jesus used to demonstrate this new path to true earthly and eternal blessings!  So, if we are living the “happy/blessed” path Jesus lays out for us, it will “show” through us AND truly fulfill us!
